You're garbage and where do you live that filet is $30 a lb (outside of a restaurant). Do you live on an island? Hangar steak sucks. It's to tough without a marinade (or absolutely slathering it in olive oil). The only reason you marinade is because you need to hide the flavor/lack of tenderness of a cheap steak.

The Blade's build quality is much better. Not just in terms of light weight portability which would make me choose it over a 17 inch to being with. But it has a similar feel in sturdiness to something like the aluminum Macbook Air (while still managing to be cheaper than any mac considering the specs.)
