I think that the higher difficulties of the game make it less "clicky." If you're playing on the higher torment levels regardless of class you have to kite mobs. Even as a Barb, Crusader, or Monk. If you just try to stand in there you're toast.

My problem with backlogs is mostly a social one too. Not with the desire to stream but in two other ways. 1). Having the job, marriage and social life outside of gaming and 2.) MMOs and other online multiplayer games.
