Not often. A large number of academic libraries have the government depository designation and must allow access to the public.

As a library manager I feel like I have to jump in on this terrible analogy. We do allow people to use our libraries electricity for free (charge your phone, laptop, etc.), download on our network for free, and have free meeting space for groups.
What the fuck are you talking about? I can't read a sports comments section without people shitting all over Harbaugh. What planet do you live on?
How exactly do you ask for permission to include racially insensitive jokes in your sitcom?
I can relate to this. I'm the manager at a library. I'm a 27 year old male. All of my direct reports are 55+ year old women. In fact, of the 63 employees there are only 3 other men (and yes two of them are the maintenance/cleaning staff.)
You mean people are more willing to drop $1000+ to travel to see their team play when they actually have something to play for? God damn front runners.
Oh, please every sports fan base is insufferable. That's the first tenant of fandom. "Fanatically route for your team and claim all other teams are shit/cheating." I live in the Denver area. Their fans are just as insufferable as the Pat, Hawks, & Niners.
Where did he say he was a Niner fan? I must have missed that part.
At Whole Foods of course.
I sometimes wonder what it's like to be a smarmy, self-important, holier-than-thou asshole. My wonderment has been answered.
Look on the bright side. Judging from the GIF you could always move Ponder to defensive back. Would make quite the hard hitting safety.
You should get a public shaming for being an idiot.
"Where did you get appealing from? Who ever said anything about appealing? Are you out of your mind?"
This isn't worth arguing over so i'll leave it with this. It's not "pretty fucking clear" from the blog post what the author meant.
I don't see that as a valid argument. We don't have cures for a lot of diseases. That doesn't mean we should stop searching. You could certainly take the angle that Joel and/or Ellie didn't think she was necessarily the cure and the surgery wasn't worth it. But from playing the game, I don't think that ever crossed…
God damn you're an idiot. lisatheshewolf's point is that the author of the article used the word "appaling". So did the author miss the e in appealing or the extra l in appalling? Completely changes what the author of this post felt about the book. I thought it was pretty straight forward. (I'm aware the author…
All three received head shots from a revolver.
That's the best part of the closing sequences. They are morally ambiguous. Would sacrificing one little girl if it would save all of humanity be the "right" thing to do? From a completely objective standpoint I think most people would say it was. But, if your daughter or someone you loved was about to lose their life…
They live in North Attleboro, but let's not let facts get in the way of getting a shot in at Boston.
Think of it this way Broncos fan. If it wasn't for McDaniels, you would have Jay Cutler as your starting QB as opposed to Peyton Manning. Cutler is just good enough to not bet the house on a 36 year old QB returning from a year off and 4 neck surgeries.
