Can you differentiate the visits between the youngs and the olds? I go to Mass General for most of my care despite it being listed as tier 3 in terms of cost because it’s easy to walk to. But I can definitely see not wanting to fork over all that extra money and drive to a tier 1 location once I’m on a fixed income.
