I couldn't disagree more re: the world building, I thought the map was an absolute joy to explore, and all the bits flowed nicely into each other. The gripes listed are present in all Beth games, is this your first elder Scrolls/modern Fallout?

Right now you don't have access to many chips and/or weapons, which vary combat greatly. Don't sleep on chips! I only became aware of them maybe 3/4 of my way into route A (more on that in my comment), and they are vital.
It's going to be fun watching you get more bleary and disoriented from lack of sustenance as the night goes on. Is it 5pm EST?
