Does this (or a similar app) let you import your current watchlists from Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc? I’m terrified of having to build my watchlist again from scratch.

While this advice is true in many cases, it might not be right for a 20 year old just out of college, depending on several factors like how well you know the market you're in, the amount of down payment you can make, length of time you plan to stay, etc.
