Ooh this guy directed the short Fathers Day for the horror anthology Holidays. This one was more style over substance but I really liked it, had a great ominous atmosphere. Easter was the fucking best though. And Kevin Smith sucked.

Yeah, Wind River, where FHOHW writer Taylor Sheridan is making his directing debut as well as writing, will be a big decider on whether he's one to watch when that comes out this year, it's festival run had some okay reviews, but not too many raves.

Losing the writer, which may be important, but I loved this movie enough to be eager for anything the director did next.

I think it leaked last week.
