Yeah, you’re never going to get a “comfortable” chair in the form factor of a “racing chair”. This is for a wide variety of reasons, but the biggest being that the ergonomic concerns for sitting in a car and sitting at a desk are MASSIVELY different. The other thing you’re not gonna get is “reasonably affordable”,

You never see it coming.

Taiko is an AMAZING workout. It’s like DDR for your arms. Also, the Taiko series has some of the best music in rhythm games... although the console versions are a bit hit-or-miss.

Well, Net Yaroze’s limitations were pretty overstated, I think. You couldn’t take advantage of all of the system’s processing power like you could with a bespoke engine like with big “AAA” or first-party titles (e.g. Gran Turismo), but you could still do a LOT with it. Honestly, though this game is pretty visually

This is pretty much the only remaining game of value that’s trapped on the 360. And it’s EASILY my most wanted port. At the VERY least, it should get a PC port (which given the publisher, that’s likely the most that could ever happen), but Mistwalker is pretty much a dead company at this point, at least in terms of

Yeah, to be fair, these chairs are primarily for people who are pushing like minimum 8 hours a day in them, and also probably moving around in them a lot, so it’s definitely a more niche market. But I feel like the people who are on this site, reading this article, are probably much more likely to be in that niche

As for the purpose of “voting”, I will add my actual nomination upfront: the Herman Miller Aeron. But please, read the whole comment.

The most disturbing part of this news is the revelation that there are “Goku collecting groups”. I mean, don’t y’all have enough goddamn gokus in DBFZ, a game where literally the entire roster is some form of Goku?

That’s correct.

Oh, games awards are on a whole different order of magnitude when it comes to corruption. I mean, sure, there are all sorts of shenanigans at major events like, say, the Oscars, but for the most part awards for film and music are at least somewhat legit. Events like TGA are literally 100% bought out and of no value.

I’ve known about ADP, and frankly, that’s the least of the game’s problems. Even with max ADP it still feels like you’re playing on a weird combination of molasses and hydraulic lubricant. DS2's problems go way deeper than just the unnecessary stat jank.

1. Dark Souls
2. Demon’s Souls
3. Dark Souls III
4. Bloodborne
5. Dark Souls II

Those are not Soulsborne games. They are Souls-likes. They were not made by Fromsoft.

Man, it’s a shame that the Epic Games Store can’t even work long enough to buy a game!

I’ve been catching up on backlog for the longest time - just this week alone I beat MGSV (yes I know I am super late), platinumed Puyo Puyo Tetris (1) and Bloodborne. Weirdly, all of the games I’ve been playing feel super relevant despite them being several years old - probably because lots of people have been talking

And the award for Most Un-Streamable Game goes to....

It’s SO bizarre to see these games in English after having played them for so long (since the PS2 era) in Japanese. Fun fact: they’ve been doing this RPG schtick since the DS. Best “RPG” they’ve done in my opinion is Meccha Taiko no Tatsujin DS: The Great Adventure of the Seven Islands (though it’s hard to recommend

Is it, though? Is it really? I don’t know anyone who has any hype left for this game - it feels like the insane delays and rumors surrounding the development completely sapped all hype from the general public.

I sure don’t see much psyllium husk in straight people’s medicine cabinets, but maybe they need to find out about it the hard way.
