Technically speaking, very little if at all would happen.. you'd likely get the Sega CD+32X bios. The whole stack falls apart when you realize the 32X doesn't have the proper lines for the Power Base Converter to work at all.. plus the next thing in the stack is a cart cleaner. If the PBC and cleaner were taken out..
