Oh MY take is shitty? Well congratu-fucking-lations for setting the example dealers should adhere to. But you’re living in your own little bubble. Considering that even NON CAR PEOPLE fucking hate what dealers have become recently, my take is the least shitty, and justifiable. It’s what everyone wants to say aloud.

technology trumps effort

What a shitty take. I get the whole “stealerships” thing...believe me. I know there are awful ones out there who have nothing but their own interests in mind. We have 3 dealerships in our company and not a single one of them has charged more than MSRP before, during and now “after” this insane demand. I run the

Sir this is a Wendy’s.

I think they look pretty nice, too.

Hard disagree. These are some of the cleanest and simplest designed late model pickups I’ve seen.

For mpg, driver’s assist systems, hybrid and electric systems reasons going forward, you are likely not going to see any more manuals, especially in this type of application.

You are stuck thinking in the past when a 4 cylinder motor made no power and was saved for economy cars. Modern 4 cylinders with turbos exceed the power of yesteryears V8s. My old 4.6 Ford made like 210hp and 280 ftlb of torque.

Made searching for a lemons car way too big of a time commitment than

Alternatively, the guys from Aging Wheels and Technology connections just did a nearly cross country trip and had no issues. Highlighting articles like this serve no one.

130,000.  But those included some hard miles (see above).

Salespeople add zero value to the experience. I know more about the cars I’m interested n then they do. They don’t even know the simple things like what they actually have in inventory. Everything they do they look up on the computer, and they are the one thing between me and a good price on a car. If I can actually

But AWD/4WD is better, just saying. Coming from interior Alaska ;)

you must be very sad that deadspin killed comments

Interesting, I killed my Mazda6 back in March. It had been a great car, very reliable, just came to the end of being worth repairing.

Even was fun to RallyCross.
