See Lance Ito get lost in a parking lot!

Funny enough, I was hoping it’d skew toward Bridge of Spies more than Lincoln. Lincoln I had problems with...

See, I hope the opposite. I thought Lincoln was overrated. Enjoyed Bridge of Spies, though.

What was wrong with Bridge Of Spies? I loved that film.

She was not IN “Apocalypse Now” maybe you are thinking of the dreadful movie “Deerhunter”.

For some reason this article reminded me of how much I like Catch Me If You Can, which is just an all around great film and a rare example of DiCaprio being used properly, I’ll have to rewatch it sometime soon

Yeah, but aren’t reviews just one small (and, arguably, increasingly minor) part of that media and publicity cycle? Do you expect a good or bad review to have much in the way of impact? I’m worried that, as long as you continue constant coverage of Disney films, this action will be superfluous.

Of all the reasons to fire Mark Halperin, this seems like the least relevant, although still justified and welcome.

He’s fantastically missed the point, hasn’t he?

I wasn’t aware of his history of sexual harassment. I know he had an affair with a co-worker and quite publicly owned up to it in order to thwart a blackmail attempt, but I didn’t know about the sexual harassment. Maybe you could fill me in?

Mads Mikkelsen seems like a lovely person.

If ‘Hamlet’ taught me anything, it’s that the Danish are all assholes.

“I grew up in the Dogme 95 generation. The culture was completely different back then. You could grab ‘em by the pussy as long as you used natural lighting and diagetic music”

Obligatory:

Then there are all the actors still scrambling to work with his alleged father. Anyone speaking out against Weinstein but still willing to work with Allen or Polanski...

Pinocchio would have been just too, uh, on the nose.

“Peter and the Wolf” was composed by Sergei Prokofiev. One of Prokofiev’s more famous works is “The Year 1941" 1+9+4+1 is 15. The 15th letter of the alphabet is “O”. “O” is the middle letter of both “Joe” and “Joi”. Pretty obvious if you think about it.

In Soviet Union, blade runs YOU.

Meh.

I’m with A.O. Scott. A good movie can’t be “spoiled.”

If the trailer “ruins” the viewing experience, that says more about the overall quality of the movie than anything else.
