At this point, I only read these recaps to watch Todd's attempt to convince himself and everyone that this is a show worthy of his faith. It's like Locke in the second season of Lost. I wouldn't be surprised if this just turned out to be an elaborate performance art piece.

I think calling it HarveKarbo might as well be calling it Cancelled.

Does that have to do with actual normal viewing habits or is it because HBO primed everyone a decade ago to expect non-network must-see programming on Sunday?

I like these ratings updates! Keep them coming! If daily is a bit too much to do, maybe you could have a weekly wrapup of all ratings and then another one that focuses on shows on the bubble. More coverage of cable is always welcome, too.

Wow, was waiting for something that would make me want to resubscribe to Netflix! And this… isn't it. Not even close. On the other hand, I'm glad that Amazon Prime is getting better.

Not even cheap horror, the CHEAPEST horror. For god knows what reason, I wanted to watch Hellraiser awhile back, only to discover that they only had Hellraiser 3 and later. If I can't even rely on Netflix for crap, then what good is it?

When I'm in the mood to watch a foreign film or documentary, Netflix Instant is great! That happens about once every two months!

Ding ding! If this hastens the demise of DVDs, what that means is that the STUDIOS will find some way to make this work for them. Netflix will not benefit from the demise of DVDs, and they're foolish to think this is a good move.

Reed: "We need a name. Maybe 'Qwikster'."
Michael: "Let's try to top that."
Narrator: "They didn't, and Operation: Kill Business was underway."

They don't even know. I have another 12 days before my old subscription price ends, and I'm going to cancel, at least until they drop the price. I'm sure I"m not the only one. So good thing they notified shareholders now before even more people drop their subscription.
