Well, he *does* currently lead the league in penalty minutes, so there’s that going for him. 

James Neal is scoring for the Oilers like a first overall draft pick.

To say they’re both 20-goal guys isn’t an apples to apples comparison. Neal’s scored 40 before; 20 is his minimum. Lucic scores goals in the front of the net with his body doing most of the work; Neal scores by skill. Skill doesn’t erode nearly as quickly as knees and backs do.
