Maybe all the dance studios just suck in my town then, every one I've ever been to has been like the one on the show. And they all seem to be run by crazy ladies. But our local dance companys do great classes, so that's good.

I love Harry Potter, I love everything about it in fact. But the thing I love most about it is that it got millions of people to read a book, and enjoy reading that book. And then those people told other people to read, and they read more books and different genres and discovered their love of reading.

And this is why if you really want your child to learn how to dance you don't send them to places that focus so much on performances and competition, you try and hook them up with a local dance company that offers classes and does a full company show once or twice a year.
