Wow, the white folks sure do love them some Duke. It was a terrible call but since it's at home to white town USA we come up with a thousand reasons why we should all just suck it up and live with it.

Eh, he gets in the second official's space and the ref puts his arm out which causes some minimal contact.

In one corner we have a guy taunting all the home fans in the most asshole manner possible. In the other corner we have a dickhead who thinks he needs to protect the honor of his home stadium by doing the biggest pussy move you can do.

Okay, you win the internet today.

Ah, the fatties—they do like to hate on the non-fatties.

Here's the thing about old Billy S...he makes 100,000 random predictions a year about everything under the sun. Sometimes even predicting both outcomes—he then chirps like crazy about the five things he guessed correctly and never mentions his hundreds of bad calls.

He threw two picks in the past 2 minutes of the game...but they were both athletic feats by GB or something.

This has turned into a big pussy whiner running log. Running one mile a day is just a novelty. It's not hard, you don't even have to be in any sort of shape to do it. And guess what, you couldn't even do that!

Yea, I'm not...that's for clarifying

Classy young lady for sure

This question must be answered

He didn't intentionally do it. Relax.

Deadspin bored and trollin'...

Yea, it's a choice we make. If Mr. New runner doesn't want to eat a bunch of crap the next month, by all means don't. Are you going to succumb to family peer pressure? That should have been outgrown years ago.

Yep. The point he is missing is those "rules" are there to allow new runners to not get injured. That is the single biggest reason people stop running. They get all jacked and go out trying to do too much. They get injured and go back to being a slug on a couch.

Every plan I have ever seen has a taper the week of the race. If you are running the same miles the week of the race, you're doing it wrong.

Recently, more and more people have been into not tapering as much the week of the race. I think it really depends on how much you're running. People that are putting in 50 mile weeks won't need a huge taper. The less miles you run the more you need to taper.

Our justice system is based on "it is better that 100 men go free than one innocent man be convicted". This is the downside to that. Lots of guilty people are set free every year.

Honky is a lame word to use. Why not use a word with no racial implication like dumbass?

Yea, I hate to defend King because he is mostly insufferable but he has a point. Forgiveness has become a four letter word. Somewhere down the line it got confused with the word condone.
