I was just considering building myself a new gaming PC sometime soon. And I just dusted off my copy of Freespace 2 the other day to start playing that again.

Just downloading the firmware update now.

It looks like a straight port so far. Not that I have a problem with that.

It doesn't surprise me at all. Firstly I can't remember seeing many ad's for the game so I'm guessing there will be people who didn't even know it had come out, as opposed to GTA4 or Halo which had huge marketing campaigns.

While the additional installs sound very strange to me, they aren't enough to stop me from getting this game.

Don't worry people. We'll still get screwed by Nintendo.

But where's the Essential Collection for Europe?
