Boy are you ever tiresome. Be different!
Boy are you ever tiresome. Be different!
Shut the fuck up.
How can you say he goes about things the wrong way? He is human and needs to be loved just like everybody else does!
If you can’t get behind The Punisher killing some guys who were about to bury someone alive in cement, maybe this isn’t the franchise you should be reviewing.
Still not sure if the quick editing on this will grow on me to the point that it could eclipse UNNNNNNNHHHH’s oh-so-unique place in my heart, but I’m delighted that my favorite dynamic duo managed to escape Logo before the Great Youtube Monetization of 2017.
Do the jokes bleed?
It looks that the complaint is, “the nerve of this author to write a female, Muslim character so badly!” I didn’t see any complains about the protagonist being one.
This is definitely the trap of trying to add diversity to a character for the sake of diversity, it’s pretty obvious Andy Weir doesn’t have a grasp on being a woman, or a Muslim, so trying to write from that point of view is going to be ham-fisted and bad.
I found myself surprisingly enamored with the singles from her last album after spending most of her career ignoring her. I don’t hate Taylor Swift, is what I’m saying.
Also got a kick out of the guy who did the digital aging saying “she’s still attractive” and Nathan’s face/reaction to that was priceless.
I think the biggest stunner was that Bill was not in fact an actual Bill Gates impersonator. He seemed so studied.
Bill’s weird-as-fuck “SURPRISE” about gave me an aneurysm.
I just got home from the live screening of the episode with Nathan in Los Angeles. Afterwards, he and Bill came down and said a few words. Both got a standing ovation, but it was amazing to watch Bill walk down the aisle with a packed theater of thousand people cheering for him. The best episodes of NFY are the ones…
This was brilliant. So many awkward human moments in this. Bill using the bathroom in the wrong Fraces’ house was one of the many great Bill moments. Many great Nathan reactions especially his face while watching the first attempt of Bill acting out meeting Frances.
I think viewing it as a front assumes he knows he’s acting/lying. I think people, even these creepy, criminal men in all these stories, are complex. I’m sure many of his feminist beliefs and pro-women rhetoric come from a real, genuine place of support. They just also come from a conflicted, flawed man who also did…
I guess this means that in 2018 we’ll have a bunch of stories about the sexual misconduct of celebrities who have recently died and were the subject of all manner of heartfelt social media memorials at the time of their death.
2017: When I’m done you’ll WISH they were dead!
Depends. Is he planning on turning himself in to the police?
