My trick, aside from having my Dad proofread everything for me, is to step away from whatever I’m writing for a few hours. Get the story/essay/writing assignment out of my head for a while, then come back to it and read it backwards. Then read it forwards.

But that’s the OP’s point - it’s not a collection, it’s a list. A collection seems to imply that you can go see the collection and possibly buy or download in one shot. A list is simply that.
