If you live in a community that’s comprised of endless rows of beige McMansions, you should expect this sort of thing and get the beige McMansion with a three-car garage.

Folks are unwilling to talk to their neighbors in part because the kind of people who turn their yards into junk yards also tend to be the type of people who are heavily armed and fly gadsen flags.

This is great. I actually corresponded with a leg. aide of my state rep and they were extremely interested in this topic.

Oh, yay, I hope this is the first of many!

Why is no one buying the 500E?

Cause it’s too goddamn expensive you greaseball idiot. The old ones were a delight, the perfect city car. Would loved to have bought a new one, but not at that price point.

Price. And wages not keeping up with price.

Jeep missed the point of the Wagoneer. They were rugged/luxury vehicles in the 80s. They are suppose to compete with the Land Rovers and Land Cruisers, not Suburbans and Expeditions.

A lot of these vehicles are overpriced for what you get, the Hornet is a neat little car but the MSRP is at least $5K too high to start off and rapidly goes off the rails, the PHEV is just insanely priced for what you get.

Why wasn’t the plane shot out of the air? It should have been.

Too bad it didn’t get shot down.

Showing the same respect to laws and rules as Trump.

You know the interior of that car reeks of cigarettes, McDonalds fries, and musty old man farts. One of those car interior cleaning YouTube channels is the only logical buyer for this stank ass old turd.

I’m thinking Wheelpros is the source of the debt. It’s a tough time for the automotive aftermarket industry. As we’ve seen with Recaro and BBS both filing for bankruptcy, I’d imagine Wheelpros was in a similar situation.

I honestly didn’t know that Hoonigan was anything other than a slogan or name. I associated it with Ken Block but that’s as far as it went for me. To discover it’s an actual business with $1.2 billion in debt blows my mind as much as those gymkhana videos. This might be part of their business problem.

I’m no sociologist, but I think people engage in these activities because they think the odds are low of getting caught, or they don’t fear the repercussions if they *do* get caught (or both).

We’re moving past the days where fear of punishment is a deterrent. I don’t know how to fix that.

Anyone who drive the $80K truck(Tundra Platinum, Sierra Denali, Silverado High Country, etc) that you know the bed never gets used or go off pavement. Bonus if it is lifted with offroad wheels/setup. You want to drive around in a truck, go ahead. But these are just obnoxious and begs the question - compensating much?

Team Orca: Ocean Police metes out its own brand of watery justice again!

I mostly hate these mall crawlers anyway, but those with this particular “mod” trigger me. I was unable to find a picture showing this, but picture this with no tire on the spare wheel - WTF?!? I have seen enough of these to suspect that it’s intentional and not the result of a tire failure - they’re not ripping them

Good.
