I honestly believe that it's more about controlling women than saving children. If they gave a shit about saving children, they might not be working so hard to cut programs that help the ones that are already living.
Republican voters may believe that. But politicians are just pandering
Who would have thought we'd get to a point where Republicans were ok with same sex marriage but still suppressing women's reproductive choices?
That's nice. Why don't you go join a thread about welfare for illegals?
That's still racist.
I didn't understand the point of that National Review article at all. (Maybe I'm not smart enough to understand it, but at least that means I'm not a neeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrdddddd.) Is the crux of it "fuck liberals for valuing intelligence and knowledge"?
One of the most infuriating things about this entire conversation is that the entire conservative movement is anti-intellectual. They RELISH not knowing anything, not wanting to learn anything, and mocking those who do.
Sorry, I haven't scanned any yet.
Is this supposed to be genuine? Like not a joke? I don't understand this at all.
Yup, that's the "real America" you've been pandering to, Republicans. Keep it up.
REAL AMERICAN OPINIONS BY REAL AMERICANS or some shite like that.
But I don't think this network should be surprised. It's not as if the media surrounding the 2008 election wasn't full of rhetoric that promoted this train of extremist thought.
Real Americans from real America offering real American perspectives, eh? What if I want real Americans from fake America offering fake American perspectives? What about fake Americans from real America? Where do I go for that? The channel programming possibilities are endless here.
I have second hand embarrassment for all parties involved. Bloom, Kerr, Bieber, Gomez. And especially a bodyguard of Bieber. Although, talk about job security.
A truly motley crew of Senators has introduced a bill that would crack down on schools that fail to address campus…
This guy is fun for me. He's slow, but he's trying.
I'm pointing out that sending your kids to a public park to play by themselves is pretty much the definition of The State taking care of your kids. You have no point, is my point.
Yeah, but I'm gonna guess you don't put your money where your mouth is when it come to requiring maternity leave or paid sick leave so that parents can care for their children without getting fired or going broke.
.... what? That doesn't even make sense.
