This tone deaf nonsense about “walkable cities” and “urbanization” makes absolutely ZERO sense for huge swaths of the country.

That’s because the Maxx was secretly a Saab 9-3.
It’s hard to be a loyalist when quality is so inconsistent from generation to generation. ALL manufacturers routinely fall on their faces:
Same. Same. I really miss when Consumerist and io9 were new and shiny. QUALITY content back in the day.
I’d rather just go to where the car is.
We drove through Denver in early June 2022 as part of a cross-country move. It was really bleak. Roads were a wreck, with potholes galore, unfinished construction projects, and multiple homeless encampments.
The Citiots’ takeover of the mid Hudson valley is nearly complete. The “quaint” towns and villages will soon resemble sixth/seventh/eighth boroughs, and all the citiots will wonder what happened, not realizing that they’re the ones who changed what they used to love into what they tried to flee.
Wait ‘til the insurance actuaries get hold of this information! Market forces, which many of these folks worship like deities, may soon factor into their decision come renewal time.
Yes. It is fatter and doesn’t perform as well on reading and math tests.
Came to say this exact thing. They’re likely including all of their spending - including R&D for the whole line, marketing from day 0, etc - rather than just the cost of the cars they’ve actually brought to market. You really have to look at both numbers over both short and long periods of time to properly evaluate…

I wish that the WT will be a true WT. Vinyl floors, manual locks/windows.
Southern Colorado is also a dump.
Ignore the Facebook Marketplace claim that it’s an automatic. That’s an obvious ruse.
This number is both low enough to insult borrowers and high enough to annoy detractors of debt cancellation.
Came here to say this. I am not aware of ANY service that recycles EPS or OPS (the perfectly clear containers that crackle loudly and are commonly used for crackers or cookies. OPS is oriented polystyrene; EPS is expanded polystyrene. They are essentially the same thing).
That’s one approach. I just switch to the readily-available, affordable, convenient, and safe public transit system that we all know exists everywhere.
While it’s not as bad as Texas, our unions in NM aren’t allowed to strike, walk out, or slow down work. At some point, our leaders decided that giving up our only leverage was a fair trade in order to get a Public Employee Bargaining Act passed to shore up association rights.
False. Cats need crunchy food to keep their teeth clean and prevent stomatitis, a severe and unfortunately common condition, the treatment for which is typically full mouth extraction (ouch!)
