Love this show. A throwback, really, to a time before Star Trek and Star Wars, the era of pulpier scifi like Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon. Succeeds, imo, in doing what the Flash (ah aaah) Gordon movie attempted but failed.

Really, she was one of the few characters in that whole death montage that I didn't mind saying goodbye to. I hope at least when she comes to next season, she'll have amnesia or something and we can finally say goodnight to all that incestuous craziness.

Yeah, it would be incredibly unrealistic to have the kid NOT carry a gun. He's been taught how to use it by his cop-dad, used it to successfully defend his family, and proven himself to be responsible and trustworthy. I'm more and more impressed with the work Jonny Lee Miller is doing with Holmes. I didn't have high hopes for this show after really enjoying the hell out of Sherlock over on BBC and considering the pretty awful, rote procedurals CBS churns out  regularly. Yes, that was awhile back when I was still watching this show. But the thing is, that's consistent with Booth's character. This is not consistent with Brennan's. Unless of course she toys with this new found faith and then ultimately rejects it. Then I would be impressed.

When did asserting the existence of God become ballsy? What would've been ballsy is for Brennan to remain true to her convictions instead of caving because of some fever dream.

Character and dialogue are the entire franchises' achilles heel, except Empire.
