the only cars I want to import are v8 utes.
This opinion is the worst.
I don’t know, Tokyo Drift might just be the best of the bunch!
The hypocrisy of all of this is the fact Colin took a buyout, didnt tell us the specifics, and there was NO public backlash. Now we are complaining about Jayz trying to influence from the inside? Colin didnt care to fight for anything until he had a temper tantrum about not being played. All of a sudden he cares about…
Edwin’s car was so good because one of the things Edwin knows is: it’s not how you stand by your car, it’s how you race your car.
It’s weird to see people start to say this because NOBODY liked it when it came out. I agree though Tokyo Drift is the best FF, and I honestly think it’s just a good movie in general. A Tokyo Drift sequel would be a good ‘return to roots’ for the FF franchise if they ever went that route.
The only decent F&F is Tokyo Drift. And even that’s being generous.
Driving a Cayman/911/whatever, every few days is a whole lot less bad than the chuds that insist on commuting in a Tahoe/Silverado/F150/etc.
We actually discussed the new NSX for a bit, but is it truly a supercar? Or more like a mid-engine sports car? High end, but still, a sports car?
Not vouching for the Toyota, but I will vehemently disagree that the Corvette has spectacular styling within its own price range, let alone in any price range.
Looks are subjective, dumbass.
If my username is any indication, owned a 1995 Euro Spec QX (technically an I30/Cefiro). Was a base model 2.0L (but still a V6), with 140hp it was by no means fast but thanks to reasonably light weight and a close ratio 5-speed manual it never felt underpowered and still averaged 25-30mpg. Rock solid straight line…
I had the brother to the Maxima, the infinity I30t and absolutely loved that car. It was quick enough and rode great. But like others have mentioned, rust ate these things alive. Mine had 230k on it and it still ran awesome but it just fell apart. I still miss it to this day.
Or Doug DeMuro. They’re interchangeable.
I was hoping for an acapella version of the Teriyaki Boyz “Tokyo Drift” song. Left disappointed.
The fact that they are virtually unchanged since I was in highschool and are still charging a hundred bucks for that mess is a joke in itself.
