Scuba
"If I can't scuba, what's this all been about?"

"More Stars Than There Are In Heaven"
I a gorgeous song, and I think it really needs to be on FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS.

Yeah, there are definetly worse movies than DAN. Just ask Keith Phipps.

Epsiode
One of my favorites of the show. I love when not much happens, but still SO much happens. I loved everything about it.

A List That Means Nothing but I felt Like Typing
Movies I Loved This Summer:
FUNNY PEOPLE (A) [I know it's flawed, but I love it for its flaws]
PONYO (A-) [It was A the first time, but I was bored the second time]
UP (A) [I think it does stand up to Pixar's best, because its emotional core is great]
INGLORIOUS BASTERDS

Armored
One guy says "Promise me we aren't going to get hurt". Me and my friend say "They're going to get hurt". That's in the Armored trailer. Who knows what glorious cliches the film itself holds.

Oswalt
The fact that he includes ADVENTURELAND is his "great movie" list makes me smile.

Peggy Olsen
Peggy is once again my favorite character on the show because she perfectly embodies what this season is about; trying to figure out who you should be and what you should be doing when change comes. That, and because as far as I'm concerned Elisabeth Moss is one of the best living actresses.

Almost Loved
The first half is messy, and the second half has a few problems, but overall I thought this was great. Robin Williams is unbelievable, and I think the kid who plays Andrew (Williams' son's friend) is great too. As good as the dialogue can be, the best parts are the music sequences. The "transition scene",

Tony Hawk
I think the brother who made the racks looks like Tony Hawk.

High School
That story about being proud when people at high school wanted him to write the show made me happy.

Audacity of Awesome
"Audacity of Huge" for song of the year?

Obvious
The Slate article is dumb, and you're right on Keith.

I meant in the Pete v. Ken subplot, I'm rooting for Ken. Partly because I like him better as a person, and partly because seeing Pete lose the job will make for great TV.

Sal, Ken, & More
First off, great episode, and glad to have Keith here.

Twitter
On Twitter I just saw "Shitty newswire: Tom Lennon, a hilarious dude and member of the State…" and I thought he had died and I almost had a heart attack.

Hamm
I want to heed his advice and become famous only so I can become his best friend.

Doughnuts, oh doughnuts, go nuts

Harvey
This is one of my favorite movies, and I am not at all happy. The film worked because I believed that you could see Jimmy Stewart walking around talking to himself and go "Oh, that guy". ANY other actor and I wouldn't speak to them. Nobody has that everyman charm of Stewart (whom is my favorite actor of all
