That's because it was a way better movie.

Agreed.

Basically her only good role lately. Everything else has been trash.

Yeah. I fell asleep. I don't know what the hell Greengrass and Damon were thinking. And good lord, that script… the whole thing was like a shitty bootleg made for TV version of Bourne.

The climax in Supremacy blows Ultimatum out of the water imo.

Supremacy is the most memorable. All of the shit in Russia was amazing and more atmospheric than anything else in the 5 films.

HE JUST BROKE KARL URBAN IN HALF.

The best Bourne movie, and that ending car chase in Moscow might be my favorite of all time. Absolutely tragic drop in quality going from this to the recent Jason Bourne.

This wasn't great. The flashbacks were completely misjudged.

But really, why are the soot people such assholes? What if those people had a light? Would they still crush their heads?

Huh, ok. I guess that makes more sense. I still don't understand who the fucking soot people are or why they never showed up in S1 and S2.

Just makes me think about what could have been if he were still alive and if MJA hadn't gone off the deep end…

The beetle is BOB implanting himself in her, and the guy she's with is Leland. Presumably at some point the beetle switches hosts, and the Laura Palmer orb is sent to counter BOB.

This was fucking art. The most insane film Lynch has put to screen since Eraserhead. His own 2001, and the glorious backstory we never knew we wanted to the Twin Peaks Universe.

No one hates the character, the problem is the character had barely any substantive material of her own. She was basically just there to drive the plot or be foiled. Didn't have much identity, Carrie Coon didn't get to stretch her acting chops at all.

The Leftovers was successful with what it wanted to do. Fargo wasn't. Season 3 was a huge mess, but not without nice moments here and there. Carrie Coon was absolutely wasted in a thankless role, though.

This was barely a Carrie Coon show. She didn't have much to work with the entire season aside from the LA episode, the bar scene, and the final scene.

Let me get this straight. Nikki plans the IRS thing, the annihilation of Vargas men, but then decides to flash a shotgun around for minutes on an open road. Instead of just following Emmitt. Oh, and Varga suddenly becomes Solid Snake and crawls out of an elevator. He was a stupid villain, and trying to make a "did he

Michael McKean already confirmed he's dead.

I don't see that at all. They have at most 2 seasons left and that would require such a dramatic shift in her character arc, it seems impossible. I think it's more likely she drifts away from Jimmy because of his work.
