That’s a new one to me!

I have not, but thank you for the suggestion!

To my knowledge, no. I’ve bookmarked this comment thread so that I can post an update if I do stumble across one.

The image had a random flag superimposed on the bottom that for some inexplicable reason only had like 40 or 42 stars. Emmy was just like WHAT THE FUCK?? HOW ARE YOU SO BAD AT YOUR JOB DAN SCAVINO??

Well, fuck. I said the exact same thing inside my mind when I read filmgirl’s comment!

I have gotten so much use out of this today!

I thought that you were joking, but you were not:

The picture is supposedly of the moment of the assault:

This was absolutely my thought. Since ICE appeared at the school, many people are going to be worried. Students could be taken out of class, parents/guardians could be arrested for showing up.

I like their friendship, but I also really love seeing Brian and Arnold together.

Season 2 has been brilliant. I watched the initial season a month or so ago on a whim, and it does pick up after a while. I think that what I really like is that there are different perspectives being showcased and that the show occasionally delves into the lives of incidental characters (many of whom are one-off)

And as problematic as Francesca and Dev’s relationship is, I really did want them to get together in the end (after she dumped stupid Pino).

There are invisible disabilities that allow people to look completely “normal” (for lack of a better term) but impact them in meaningful ways that would allow them to benefit from programs like these.

My company has an annual disability conference on campus, and it just happened this past month. One of the talks provided was about having invisible disabilities and the benefit of sharing that information with our employers/leads in order to get accommodations and acceptance.

I mentioned this in another comment, but we’re fucking terrible to people with invisible disabilities. Another assistive device that I would add to the plates that also gets a lot of side-eye and caustic comments are service animals. If you’re not visibly disabled, people are quite awful about service dogs.

I was going to follow up and say something similar. People with invisible disabilities exist, and many of those people benefit from programs that increase awareness and acceptance.

I needed one the last time I flew and had a full-blown autistic meltdown, complete with head banging and inability to speak/comprehend spoken words.

Our company has been moving towards large communal spaces instead of offices. A lot of us have been having problems adjusting, in large part because of the added stimuli. I know that I frequently experience sensory overload, which in turn leads to more meltdowns and nonverbal episodes.

According to the Go Fund Me, she’s attending trauma therapy. The assault also resulted in the destruction of her sound equipment; she’s self-employed and unable to work.
