I’m not surprised that he’s being booted. His actions last July and continued misinformation has the potential to undermine the legitimacy of the current administration. Even Republicans would respond to that kind of a threat.
I think that a lot of women like to blame victims of intimate partner violence/domestic assault, in large part because they themselves haven’t experienced it and it allows them to feel like they’re in control. They likely feel the exact same way, unless they, too, have experienced this kind of abuse.

To be fair and as the article states (which, I know, I know, you said that you’re replying solely to the headline!), a number of the sexual harassment lawsuits against O’Reilly note that he spoke innappropriately to women on the phone and appeared to be masturbating while doing so.
Reminder that men who choke their partners are 10 times more likely to eventually kill them. It is frequently used as an indicator of extreme danger.

I was going to reiterate the same exact point! It’s one thing to maintain a certain mien while performing, but it’s entirely different when people expect a specific response to feedback.
There is also a group of red pill women (the purple pill?) which is baffling.
I this noted elsewhere, but it also potentially throws trans, intersex, and nonbinary people under the bus. Many people who are not women can and do get pregnant, so we shouldn’t necessarily reinforce the idea that pregnancy is strictly the domain of women.
