The first step would be to have accurate data on fatal shootings involving police officers in the line of duty. As I recall, that doesn’t exist because it’s predominately self-reported.

100% true. Not only is 45 a petulant child who feels compelled to do the exact opposite of whatever anyone tells him (even if it’s advice), but he must have been enraged when a black man was the one to tell him that.
