I don't care much for the Hot Wheels GN. I got very excited when I saw that they were introducing one (you guys are a full year late in covering this!) and then when I saw one in the store I was very disappointed. This casting is terrible! I mean, sure, I still bought one, but I sure don't love it. You need to locate

I have favorites for different eras and companies. These are the favorites that came to mind first from my own collection.

How do you nail an E-flat?

The interior looks way too unfinished for a Cadillac.

@Landau_Calrissian is a Plastic Paddy: I dunno about that. I heard that there were no Ferraris in Need For Speed: Most Wanted because Ferrari didn't like the idea of their cars being represented running from the law. Never mind that Ferraris were in at least three previous NFS games.

I saw this car today in San Francisco. It's alive and well and looks exactly the same as it did then.

@iantm: I have a 6000 and I love it. Granted, it's an STE, and it doesn't currently run, but that last part is my fault for not getting to work and fixing its worn-out suspension bits.

Ditch the emo-kid lights. They really aren't helping.

As soon as I saw that there was an SHO running in this race, I knew there would be some reference to transmission troubles. And here it is. It's like a given...

I have a trunk emblem off of a '73 Imperial that I originally planned to make into a belt buckle. Never got around to it. Would have looked pretty cool.

@wimbles: I stand corrected. A quick Google Image Search reveals otherwise, but I still did a double take when comparing the two vehicles.

Did these all look like this one? I saw one at a local exotic car show here in NorCal in 2007 (the Danville D'Elegance) that was nearly identical to this car but for some window stickers and a grille badge.

So? I went to LA and saw three Veyrons in one day. Granted, one was at the Petersen Museum and the other two were in the showroom at Bentley Beverly Hills, but I'm not complaining. One of them was the first production Veyron and they were asking $2.5 million for it. I actually saw five Veyrons that week, because

Nope, still fail.

@vulber: One of these, perhaps?

I frequently see a Skylark similar to this one in the parking lot at the Castro Valley BART station. One day it was parked next to a mid-60s Skylark. It made for an interesting contrast.

That Blastolene B-702 is a sight to behold. I saw it at a car show in summer '08 with a few of its Blastolene brethren.

It sure is nice having an aftermarket and collector following for cars. My dad could mail-order just about anything for his '66 Mustang project.
