My earliest memory of him is when he repeatedly bullied Chelsea Clinton - who was 12 or 13 at the time - by referring to her as the White House dog. More than once.

Feinstein is pushing 90, and her daughter is retired, considering the people who get in these positions seem to want to stay until they are wheeled out in a coffin, I would expect they are all prepping for their next campaign.
