In the very first episode we were tricked into believing Teddy was a guest because he arrived on the train.

Since Elise was exposing the stealing of Ford's code by the board, why would Ford want her killed? Why would Bernard if Ford didn't tell him to? I can see how Ford could monitor all of Bernard' conversations with Elise and therefor know about her investigation. But the investigation was in his interest, wasn't it?

During her memory while getting water, was that her own body we see floating among the rocks. It's face down but appears to have the clothes on that she's wearing.

This was Episode 8. Didn't Nolan say in an interview that in this episode we'd understand why they couldn't reduce her "abilities"? From this discussion, I don't think we have been given that information yet. Or did I miss it?

So far Maeve can control other hosts within their confined actions. We haven't yet seen her able to kill a human, or have other hosts do so. She may never be able to override their basic code.

She was mentioned in this episode. Bernard said he hoped she was enjoying her break, and of course we saw in his memory that he was the one who attacked her in the old theater.

I can't imagine that future seasons can rely on this same manipulation. It may work in season one if there is a powerful reveal by season's end. But to try that trickery season after season would be not only hard to pull off, but uninteresting to an audience.

When we first are introduced to Dolores, Teddy has taken on the roll of William (picking up the can, etc). It appears that Dolores's loop was revised to use some real memories she would have acquired from her time with William.

The episodes were filmed before fan theory was promoted. It's built into the structure, and very deliberately.
