Pro life here in the states is a little different. They just want to control women for the most part. The right doesn’t like women doing much other than their “supposed to”. They could care less about kids dying, a school got shot up with little children and they just went “oh well, nothing we can do”

While I think this is true of some pro lifers it is not true of the movement as a whole. Otherwise they would support increased access to birth control and comprehensive sex education, both of which contribute to lower abortion rates because they limit unwanted pregnancies. Not that a lot of celebrities don’t also have their own security, but imagine how much of a headache flying would be for all the regular people if they got stuck on a flight with some world leader who decided to fly commercial and all…

It's an easy shot to criticize these people, but who amongst us, if we’re being honest with ourselves, wouldn’t fly private rather than commercial if we had the option? The onus is on the aircraft industry to come up with fuel efficient (or electric) planes.

OMG, I hate Edison bulbs. I hate any naked light bulb. I feel compelled to look at them, and then look away and see spots. Rinse and repeat.

YES, these are awful. And I’d argue that they are undeniably worse because of the arms if absolutely nothing else (but your wicker point is dead on, too). Also, I’ve noticed that for some reason, these chairs tend to be a lot more narrow than your average chair.

As a card carrying fat ass, I prefer these over many chairs in similar establishments because of the lack of arm rest— that is a huge plus. But yeah, they are fucking garbage and uncomfortable and should be launched into the sun.

These are worse, but only by a very small margin. They’re too narrow and the wicker digs into your legs.  They’re too deep to lean back in while eating, yet if you sit forward, the raised part on the front of the seat cuts off your circulation.
