i bought a DR650 as a compromise. heavier / less agile than other smaller trail/MX bikes, but enough power to cover some distance on the road if i need to. this duc is just huge... and will not be seeing much dirt.

very glad to see duc offering some entry level bikes.

i’m on a newer sportbike, and it would be interesting to see how the different rake angles and other geometry change the different input / outputs.

first 25 seconds and there is a guy making turns with just weigh-shifting that would have been enough to keep the kid (in the original video) in the lane.

agreed. i ride ATGATT. and wouldn’t have that little gear on anyone i cared about. but i’ve also found that life is a daily balance of actually living or preparing for your eventual death.
