When the new Chrysler 200 came out I was pretty interested. It looked like it wouldn’t be completely awful like the previous iteration, and it looked like it may actually be pretty nice.

My route home is mostly 2 lane blacktop that’s pretty windy and fun, but the imbeciles that choose to take it are so infuriating. Speed limit is 35 mph, they’re doing 25, and brake down to 15 for the slightest of bends.

God I wish cops would pull people over for this more often. I get stuck behind some Toyota/Lexus doing this exact thing almost every day.

Really, what we should be doing is encouraging local authorities to buy American manufactured products as much as possible. Every police department buys American cars exclusively, why can’t the same patriotism be funneled to manhole covers or other manufactured items?

They’re probably still in use, we just need more of them now. As time goes on, I imagine a manhole cover will weather, crack, or rust, and require replacement.

The manhole covers around where I live in Herndon, VA are all made in India as well.

Bombers allow for more than just nuclear delivery, and they can adapt on the fly. A bomber isn’t stuck with a single type of warhead, and their mission can be changed or even cancelled mid route. Nukes are all about posturing, and bombers allow you to posture better.
