Yeah, I had this guide and I remember loathing it. I am the type of person who buys a guide for any game that I buy if there is one available (so not so much anymore). This has a lot to do with me being a book collector and I love how so many of the collector’s edition strategy guides look. I have so many guides that

I don’t think that is the case and anyways, that is not what I am asking. I am not saying put up a link. But this sentence from the article:

Yeah, that is not even remotely true. As someone who has gotten plenty of games, books, and movies in my life for review purposes, reviewers are still aware of the cost. They want to know.

I don’t see an issue with adding a price in euro also. However, since Kotaku is an American company, the standard would be to include the price in USD and they can add any other prices they wanted. I wrote for a magazine published in America and when we did video game or book reviews, we added the MSRP in American

Why exactly? It prevents readers from having to leave the site to find info about the game listed in the article. I am sure the publishers and developers would like the information included and it literally would take nothing away from the article.

Yeah, I found it. I would, however, think that the goal of articles like this would be to not send me to other sites to find this information. If you are talking about a game, I would say pertinent info like publisher, platform, release date, and price should probably be included. At least that is what my old editor

Would love to see this on iPad so I can play all summer after school ends for me.

This is not a knock directly at Kotaku. So many online places do this and I have no clue why. When I reviewed comics and games for a magazine we included cost. Especially for games where prices can range from $1.99 to $59.99. It’s kind of an important thing to tell your audience.

Petition to add the cost of games to reviews and previews if it is available.

Oh totally agree. I am pretty deeply ensconced in twitter (I did meet my future wife on there), but I also know when to take it worth a grain of salt. I feel most Kotaku writers use it pretty well and do a good job of it. A lot of games journalists from other sites still have a lot to learn about their interactions on

Yeah, I had a pretty major games journalist get mad at me on twitter (jerkoff motion) because I said almost exactly this sentiment. His argument was that people shouldn’t have to go into every discord chat, twitter thread, or facebook discussion and have to announce they haven’t played it so people shouldn’t spoil it.

Every sports league should go with the gold plan for drafts. This is all I have to add to this discussion.

Lol no worries I have done it before too. Can we send Russell back to AAA and bring Happ up instead?

It was a fantastic game. I was very happy to be there (it was Ian Happ though).

I drove down for opening day in 2018 to see the Cubs play there. It would have been sweet if the Marlins had a single player on their roster at that point who was worth watching too. I like seeing opposing teams with good players.

I don’t give a shit how committed the Marlins claim to be to a winning culture. They should instantly be contracted for giving away Yelich and Ozuna for essentially nothing in the name of a sham rebuild.

But not to worry—billionaire Diane Hendricks is swooping in to save the beleaguered party. She donated half a million dollars to the state GOP in April.

I am moving from teaching elementary school to high school next year and I am going to make my students do shit like this all day. I am way too excited for it.

I rushed my way through the story of this game since I found it kinda meh and traded the game in to get something else. However, since I had bought the deluxe edition with the season pass I knew I would get it again one day so I was quite happy when it came to Gamepass. I now pick it up about once a week and play for

Bennioff and Weiss: Okay Aaron, in this scene, the dragon will be reigning down destruction on your city and you need to get out of there safe with you and your family. You must protect your family and love them at all costs.
