Especially, and I am sure some will disagree with me on this, since this movie had zero surprises. I really enjoyed it, but it played everything extremely safe. To me, even spoiling something like ESB or The Sixth Sense is worse than spoiling this.

I totally agree with everything you are saying. When I forced myself to beat it, I found myself relieved that I never needed to pick it up again. And the story was so damn bloated to me. Hell, I just kept praying for the epilogue to end and it took forever.
