I mean let’s be honest, EA shouldn’t care about that award. Not that EA isn’t an awful company but it’s an “award” based on reader polling. A gaming company is always going get a ton of votes based on how many gaming consumers are online and hate everything.

Between this and the sheer amount of comments in the other article about Sekiro from people not wanting gamers with disabilities to enjoy their games, I’m starting to think this hobby attracts some psychopaths who are entirely devoid of empathy.

This is who they are. They don’t want other people to enjoy “their” games. It’s sad and pathetic.

I’ve learned that people who fight against an easy mode in FS games are just gatekeepers. They’re no different than sports fans whining about fairweather fans joining their fan base or the CG-ers who say all the POC or women who are into comics are fake fans. It’s the only explanation for why they fight so hard

Some people will just always blame EA for everything despite this story proving that there is so much blame to go around for everyone.

I feel awful for all of those developers and employees of BioWare. Morally, this is just the final piece of proof for me personally that they are a company I can no longer support.

And this is supposed to say 5-10 games there a year.

Things have definitely gotten worse with that lately there. I’ve been going every year since MP opened and only during this recent Brewers run have they gotten really bad. A lot of fairweather drunk assholes. I’m out of town when the Cubs come to town next weekend but my gf is still going and she already decided she’s

It’s not a wrong thought. There are plenty of non-violent interactions that happen at games that can cause trauma to a child. When I was young I was threatened by a middle-aged adult at Lambeau Field for cheering for the opposing team. Luckily, my dad heard the guy and got security to escort him out, but I never

Fine, can we shut it down now?

As a Cubs fan who lives an hour from Milwaukee, I have gone to anywhere between 5-10 Cubs games at County Stadium/Miller Park since the Brewers joined the NL and never had any issues. Crew fans have gotten aggressively louder in the past 2 seasons, but not threatening.

Does the word consent really baffle you that much?

No. They use “stop hitting on people when they ask you to stop and definitely don’t use your power in a scene to try and solicit sexual favors for offering help” as proof of sexual harassment. Also known as literally always the definition of sexual harassment.

Don’t use the r-word. It’s a slur.

It, however, would be ironic if she was walking through the graveyard, saw your headstone and while she was reading it, it fell over on her and killed her.

Sounds good! I actually have told my girlfriend and parents that if I die early, I want my gravestone to say, “that’s not the definition of insanity.” I hate that saying so damn much.

Don’t get me started on:

So as a lifelong Cubs fan, I am super excited to read this shit show when I get off work and am officially on spring break. With how the Cubs handled this offseason with Addison Russell and crying poor on spending money at all, I have already decided that I will not openly rep the team. I don’t think I could ever

Jesus, that song is god awful.

Still working my way through Hollow Knight on Switch. I love it. Tough but not so much that I hate myself while playing it lol.
