@20tolife: well, here it is a problem that is the result of mismanagement from the previous administration. Bush appointed those guys to the Mineral Management Services, and he and Cheney essentially said not to get in the way of business, and turned a blind eye to MMS guys taking massive amounts of bribes all the way…
