Because still quoting Tyler fucking Durden (and missing the point that Fight Club was SATIRE) in 2017 is still edgy and clever, of course.

Dear Tim Allen:
Your sitcom sucked, your stand-up act was sexist AF, you made a bunch of lame kids' movies (not even good ones), and the extent of your knowledge about the world is limited to cars, tools, and promoting the toxic idea that being male makes it acceptable to be a boorish lout. Your previous career of…
Never punch a Nazi, you might break your hand. Use palm strikes, elbows, or hammer fists instead.
We beat the fuck out of Nazis once, and I'd like to say we'll do it again, except this time around, everyone is saying that we have to be nice to them. I guess my grandfather fought for nothing, then.
Seriously. I always hear this bullshit "Banning hate speech will just push it further underground!" argument.
Remember, VIOLENCE AGAINST NAZIS MAKES YOU JUST LIKE THEM!
I really even can't come up with much of a reply other than to nod sadly in agreement, I'm afraid.
Hey, fellow Masshole! I missed Petty at Fenway that time, going to see him at the Garden in July. Can't wait.
Full Moon Fever is one of my favorite albums, and "Zombie Zoo" is a great closing song, but I think the lyrics are a little mean, and kind of old-man-yelling-at-cloud. Like, the goth scene was never my thing, but they never hurt anyone, you know? Always came off to me as Petty railing against a new (at the time) trend…
I'm really looking forward to hearing "Breakdown", "Refugee", and "Into the Great Wide Open", hopefully. I'd also like to hopefully hear "It's Good to be King", though it's a song that's by no means guaranteed.
Not into Springsteen, but I'm a huge Petty fan, and I'm also going to see TP&HB for the first time this summer. It's a long, LONG time coming.
Green Day does suck. Yeah, I also liked Dookie when it first came out. Because I was fucking 12. They make music for 12-year-olds. I feel like if you're an adult and still listening to Green Day, your tastes never grew up.
Agreed. Rock isn't dead, it's just gone into hiding.
The Foo Fighters are the plain vanilla of rock bands.
Reminds me of that joke about a guy who walks into a cafe and sees a sign that says "Ham Sandwich $3, Handjob $5".
Guy: "Are you the one who gives the handjobs?"
Waitress: "Yeah."
Guy: "Then wash your damn hands and make me a ham sandwich."
Berry, 90, influenced basically every major rock star of the last 70 years
In honor of Mr. Berry, feel free to play with your ding-a-ling tonight, or someone else's.
I hate to say it, but this is probably the sad truth. If people do start donating to MoW now, the Republicans will just use that as evidence that "See, we were right all along! The free market and private charities will fill the need for a social safety net, so the government doesn't need to help!" It's a catch-22.
Why don't you explain to us what Susan Sarandon had to do with any of this before you brought her up.
I'm all for letting Trump supporters rot in the bed they made, I have zero sympathy for them, but you have no way of knowing the elderly who are going to starve in fact voted for him.
