USAA is the best full-spectrum financial services organization in the US, bar none. For automobile insurance only one other company ever rates higher (Amica).

I’m not an “expert” but I did sell used cars for 2 years and I can tell you that without a doubt, my customers that went through USAA were the easiest to work with. I also found that USAA would give people better approvals (more money, lower apr) and most other banks they looked through. I can’t speak for how it works…

Trello is a really useful project management tool, us has a small learning curve and new users can get working within minutes of loggin in.
Its simple, allows people to vote on items, and attach docs from google, skydrive, dropbox etc.
