Might I suggest that the low percentage for Suburban and Tahoe might be related to the high percentage of said vehicles used by law enforcement and government agencies? And that those doing the ticketing would rather not expend energies to track down such a vehicle when there's a likelihood that the ticket won't be

@Radkeen: There's a fun little game we did in school called the Beer Game (not as fun as it sounds) that illustrates the bullwhip effect of supply and demand in a supply chain situation. And the end of the game, everything pretty much looks like it does in these pictures.
