The idiot’s initial tweet wasn’t that “some people at NASCAR events have guns” it was that EVERYONE did.

And they would be in violation of NASCAR policies, possibly drunk, and unlikely to be able to do jack shit about any terrorist event.

Yeah, that darny darn Japanese driver, winning the the Indy 500 on Memorial Day. Shame on him for coming from a country who has been our ally for over 70 years. How dare he signify the peace between Japan and America that our soldiers and sailors fought to regain?

Many times on flights (particularly flights to/from Florida) I have felt that I would ok with it if the plane crashed since it would be a net positive for humanity.

I can’t even count the number of times I’ve accidentally hit someone in the face with my carryon while walking down a plane’s aisle.

The mother had a foreign accent (Dutch maybe?) I suspect she did not know that she was not allowed to bring her stroller on board. KLM lets you put your stroller in the overhead bin if it folds up small enough.

All I take from this comment is that if I ever have to share a flight with you I will absolutely storm the cockpit and fly that plane directly into the fucking ground.

I’m inclined to trust in the passenger who stepped in. He did so knowing full well what confronting an airline employee can lead to (really, who doesn’t these days) and apparently saw something infuriating enough to hazard it anyway. I like to think I would do the same.
