It’s not just that but MHW was really a natural evolution for the franchise. The earlier games were always coop focused, and very hardcore, and you got the most out of them when you had friends to play and share it with.

Which part of The Witcher 3, Assassin’s Creed or Call of Duty looks real to you exactly? Yes, the depiction there is belivable, but nowhere near “realistic”. Most of the time (especially in the case of Witcher 3 and AC) the artists there referencing other artworks, not real world hangings and killings.

The killing joke origin story altough was referenced by many writers in the comics, it was never established as the definitive Joker origin story. The character had many other origin stories even after the Killing Joke, and that basically means that “no, you dont know the real origin story, and you never will”.

It takes 5 seconds to look this upon any tech site. Just because your copy of a game worked fine, that doesnt guarantees the same for everybody else with every disc. And btw. i did not said anything about cartridges, thats very different.
