I love this, typical marketing Speech. There hasn’t been a console outside that has lived for 10 years without it’s succesor coming out. Te reigining champ is the Famicom (1983) with the Super Famicom as it’s successor (1990). The rest has all been five years.

I wasn’t really aware of the Japanes sales figures for earlier Metroid games so that does change it a bit.

I’ll buy Federation Force. I think it looks fun. I’m just scared Nintendo will shelve any Metroid project based on FF’s low sales. Also regular Metroid or Prime I want a new metroid. Preferably one that picks ip the story after Fusion. So much potential
