When we were kids my parents (and most other parents in the area for that matter) used to say “Wave to Uncle Charlie!” if you were driving past the prison.

What, he’s not going to be part of PEOTUS’ cabinet? He’s a perfect fit.
They (other than Estelle Getty, who was actually the youngest of all the cast members and was playing 80something) were playing women in their 50s! There was one episode where Blanche thinks she is pregnant (!!) and discovers she is actually going through menopause.
I only really care about this series he did:
“...had shattered again...” WHAT THE EVER-LOVING FUCK? This happened before and he STILL keeps this up!? This isn’t magic, it’s STUPID.
but no really, with the way Fiona Apple is smiling it looks like someone just told a joke and he’s trying to decide if it offended him or not
He looks like he’s trying very hard to understand what’s happening but not quite getting there.
This does not sound like a magic trick.
Ugh, David Blaine.
From The Guardian:
I hate to be that guy but: was this one of the photos of the private memorial service apparently taken by someone hiding in the bushes?
His Wikipedia page paints him in just the most flattering light. Here are some highlights:
The photos at the top are pretty clearly not taken by photographers hired to be at the event.
Agreed. I found that unecessarily disrespectful...especially knowing that there are a lot of Gen Xers in the Jez community.
All due respect, if you are only discovering Fastlove now, it doesn’t surprise me that you’d think people wouldn’t care about new music from him. He sold out a world tour only a couple of years ago...and he was an amazing talent as a singer and songwriter.
Ehm YES people would have been excited! He still sold out stadiums without releasing new material, what are you talking about? When word got out the week before he died that a new album was coming out in 2017, it was all over the news (entertainment news, that is).
I agree. I feel icked out about this. Grieving is such a private process, and I hate the idea of this type of intrusion. Can you imagine being there to pay your respects, but having the thought in the back of your brain that you have to be careful about how you appear or act because it might be caught on camera and…
My rational brain feels uncomfortable with the pap pics taken at the memorial. But I loved Carrie Fisher and I can’t help being interested. It’s lovely to see so many people who loved her attending and supporting Billie.
Lea Michele is on Scream Queens with Billie Lourd.
