I think by 'in a fraternity' the study authors may have meant in an actual fraternity house. I attend UCF in Orlando, and despite being the largest school by enrollment in the USA, the FSL houses here still only house about 15-30 members, but total members may be 2-3x that number. The FSL houses here are detached

I think by 'in a fraternity' they're referencing the frat houses themselves - in which case the stat may still hold true. I attend UCF in Orlando, and if the UO setup is similar to here, the FSL houses may only have a capacity to house 15-30 students, but any given FSL org may have 3-4x as many active members in
