“Yes customs agent, you got me: I am a Japanese man in sweatpants who has chosen being a mother-fucking Formula 1 driver as a fake reason for being here and cover for whatever illegitimate thing you think that I am doing.”

Shareholders can sue management for not doing what is in the best interest of the shareholders and company. There is one such classic case where Henry Ford was sued by shareholders for prioritizing customers/employees over shareholder interests.

You are entitled to your opinion about the Fox being the worst Mustang.....even though you are dead fucking wrong.

Worst Mustang?

Acting like the auto makers are pushing for EVs is just wrong.  This is 100% pure capitalism full stop.  They’ve invested billions, want to turn that R&D into profit, and would LOVE the US Government to fund some of their battle against foreign rivals who similarly have been heavily incentivized.

More proof that Trump is total imbecile when it comes to understanding business. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.

Not one automaker took a stand against Trump before the election.  It’s a little bit late to try and protect their investment now.

Tesla owners should sue Musk for being a CEO actively trying to push for legislation change that will objectively hurt sales and profit, no matter how much he downplays the impact.

Ironic that much of Trump’s messaging was based around how much automakers loved him and how he was going to help them out, yet he is actually going to hurt them so much that they are willing to put money into a campaign against his policy

That should be even more illegal than an emissions cheat device.

Another day another “The Tesla Cybertruck is not very good” story. Yawn. Did people really not know that putting ferrous iron on stainless steel out in the weather would result in rust? I feel like this is that Costco butter recall because they didn’t put that it contains milk on the package.

On the upside, with our new HHS Secretary we will all be eating our roadkill instead of having to bury it in Central Park.

Sounds about white.

See the court case Finders v Keepers.

The most surprising part about all of this is that Hertz didn’t try to immediately arrest all of the customers.

Way faster than F1 cars!

Look IMO lane splitting is fine, in stopped traffic in a traffic jam, or stop and go, but 100% do no think it should be legal in moving traffic when people would be merging/changing lanes.

I misread his handle as “DeathSpartan117" and thought “well that fits”. But yeah please for the sake of our first responders and your loved ones PLEASE do not start on a Hayabusa.

Eeeeeeeeh... if you don't have your M endorsement, I'm going to assume you're not an experienced street rider. A Hayabusa is most definitely NOT a beginner bike. Please be safe out there!

Duh.
