How about Jon Voight’s LeBaron?

I really can’t imagine this being legal. If it is, it’s because the lawmakers never expected such a stupidly blatant stunt.

Despite the effort to buy votes from the South African psychopathic POS, in an attempt to win the election for the Mango American psychopathic POS...KH is going to kick the fucking shit out of tRump. Fuck Musk, fuck tRump and fuck any moron that supports those fascist scumbags.

If this kind of thing was going against Trump, imagine how loudly he’d scream that this activity was “ELECTION INTERFERENCE!” He says it about anything and everything else that happens, after all. Harris gives an interview? “Election interference!” His dirtbag supporters are jailed for committing actual verified

Our system is simply not equipped or nimble enough to enforce the law against those determined to twist and adapt themselves quickly or that simply have the resources to blatantly violate the law and never be held accountable.

As much as I hate to ever defend Musk

Its letter of the law vs spirit of the law.

It may be illegal due to regulations around lotteries. He’s being very limiting with who is eligible, which is usually against lottery laws.

The petition alone would not be enough to get Musk in legal trouble, but the way he’s limiting it to just swing states and just a small time frame right before the election, and just two topics that are clearly high-profile hot topics for one political party, should be enough context to get him into trouble.

Very true. That is why any giveaway you hear about tied to a product always has a “no purchase necessary” clause where you can mail in to be included.

Scumbag.

I suspect — IANAL — that this is weasel-worded enough and behind enough layers of cutouts that Musk can’t actually be prosecuted for election interference or campaign finance violations.

This is election interference.

For every article the says people hate PHEVs there’s an article for saying people love them. Both are true because it depends on how you use the car and how much you know about the car going into the purchase. If you’re going into it to just save money, or thinking you’ll plug in just when it’s super convenient or not

I purchased a phev this may and absolutely love it. I bought a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV and the range is great!  I fill up every 1k miles or more and appreciate the ability to plug in at home with a 110v outlet.  We've taken this on long trips and loved never having to search for a charger while  traveling and

It appears you have no idea what a PHEV is.

One thing you have to realize is that J.D. Power numbers are complete garbage. EV buyers are still typically very excited and proud to be on the EV bandwagon and thus will generally look at their purchases through rose colored glasses compared to normies driving a PHEV or HEV.

I’ve had a RAV4 Prime for about 10 months and I love it. It gets charged on a Type 1 home charger every day. I WFH so I don’t commute to work. It gets 47 miles on battery around town, about 32 at highway speeds. I’ve put gas in the tank once since I bought it. And they key for me, the reason I didn’t go full EV: I

So where’s the beef here? “Owners are disappointed.” OK, why? Was plugging in at home such a hateful waste of 10 seconds per day? Do I have to visit JD Power for that information?

i love my jeep 4XE, i’m paying less for gas and having to get the oil changed less too. It was also comforting knowing gas could run out here in florida but i could still get around because we have power.
