GM is cutting its nose. I have seen what happens to automakers infotainment systems 3 years after the sale. They stop getting updated. I don’t want to sink a massive chunk of money on betting GM (not a software company) will keep their already slow and jankie software running on the out of date hardware.

I see a lot of cars listed for a great price but the price includes the manufacturer’s employee discount. Got to be a trash dealer if they are starting off on that foot. 

The marketing pictures for the new Ranger Raptor had CarPlay on full display. GM is F-ing themselves in the A on this CarPlay debacle. If my main communication device does not effortlessly interface with a car I am looking to purchase in 2023, it is fucking trash.
