Zipcar works great. Used it for years. Big selection of nice cars and not too expensive considering the cost of owning a car in NYC. These are not designed for long term rentals price wise.

GM’s unwillingness to invest into charging systems is the reason I will not by a Bolt, and Ireally do like it for a commuter. I will buy a car from a company that is interest in the product it sells being useful. Nissan, BMW, VW and Tesla are doing this.
